By the following data protection statement, we wish to inform you about the collection, use and processing of your personal data when you use our website www.bgo-holding.com and the contact form.
Personal data includes individual details that relate to natural persons and can be matched with an individual (e.g. your name, telephone number, postal address or e-mail address). The data required for this purpose may be forwarded to contract processors for the performance of their services. However, we will not sell or otherwise market your data to third parties. We will delete the data that is created in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or we will restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations.
- Collection of personal data when you visit our website
When you use the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not otherwise provide us with information (by e-mail or via contact form), we will only collect the personal data transmitted by your browser to our server. When you view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (the legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR):

- Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. We process your data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in compiling easy-to-use website access statistics in a cost-efficient manner (legal basis is Art 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
